There are several new books out right now that will appeal to moms to read when they get a break!

New York Times bestselling author and star of "Fuller House," Candace Cameron Bure, with Ami McConnell talks about living graciously in "Kind is the New Classy" (Zondervan, $24.99.)

In sometimes painful and sometimes touching stories, Bure talks about the pressure on women in the face of the times, especially in social media, to say cool and gracious. Bure shares her thoughts and practices to help women navigate the cultural mindfalls and keep cool under pressure, respond to criticism, stay grounded, stay true to yourself and stay centered.

Teaching moms and daughters how to stay kind in a world that sometimes isn't, is a good skill that needs to be taught, and Bure's new book has many revelations.

For moms who want to relax with a funny and relate book is "Amateur Hour" by Kimberly Harrington (Harper Perennial, $15.99.)

The esssayist tackles motherhood in a funny and direct way, talking about not wanting to take part in the bake sales, the hard times of going back to work after staying at home, how mom might be the dumbest job description in the world - "You don't get paid!" and all of the highs and lows in between.

Moms will enjoy her highly-relatable essays, and will laugh and cry with Harrington.
